    Charles was of Washington, DC at marriage. Charles and Fanny are in Washington, DC in1860 census with children Laura, Fanny and Charles all children born Washington, DC. Charles occ. none, Fanny's 'dressmaker'. They are also in 1870 census of Washington, DC - he is C. W. and his occ. 'framemaker'. Laura Flint age 32 living with sister Fannie Barnett in 1880 census of Washington, DC. Brother Charles is next door with wife Julia S. and her parents Charles and Rebecca Ruoff as head of household. They were said to have resided in Chicago, Illinois. Charles is alone is 1870 census of Chicago, occ. 'picture frame maker'.

    Charles married Welch, Fanny Newell in INT. 6-SEP-1846 in Waterville, ME. Fanny (daughter of Welch, Oliver and Dutch, Betsey) was born on 27 Dec 1826 in prob. Exeter, NH; died on 7 Sep 1879 in prob. Washington, DC; was buried in Oak Hill Cem., Washington, DC. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

Franklin is in 1880 Census of Denmard, Lee, Iowa with second wife Laura and one daughter born in New York. Flint Genealogy says he resided Mannsville, NY, later residing with his sister Elizabeth Crumpacker in Westville, IN. They are in 1900 census of New Durham, Indiana with Elizabeth Crumpacker and their son E. W. Flint.

    Franklin married Welch, Sarah Jane in INT.17-OCT-1847 in Waterville, ME. Sarah (daughter of Welch, Oliver and Dutch, Betsey) was born in C 1825 in ME; died in 12-OCT-1850; was buried in Pine Grove Cem., Waterville, ME. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
